One experience that stood out was the staff's commitment to service. After needing laundry help during my travels, they personally guided me to a local laundromat. When my items weren't accepted, they offered to take my clothes elsewhere - at no charge. Such attention and generosity demonstrated a level of hospitality that truly adds value to the stay. Rooms offer air conditioning, albeit a bit noisy - a minor compromise for comfort. Breakfast was adequate, featuring delightful options like the famed Sfogliatella pastry, perfect to start the day. With clean and spacious bathrooms and handy amenities, including a flat-screen TV and tea-making facilities, it feels like a home away from home. For those looking to explore Naples and beyond - with day trips to Capri or Ischia - the location is prime.
